Some users were asking if it is possible for them to see or view all of the SPF records across their DNS Service Providers so they will be able to perform some necessary cleanup of services that were not being used. The answer is, "Yes!"

In AutoSPF, we have a section called "Track includes tree." This section provides you with all of the SPF Records you have for your DNS Service Providers.

Below is the guide on how to find your DNS SPF Records on "Track Include Tree:"

  1. Navigate to your Domains Dashboard and select the Domain that you wanted to manage the SPF record of.

  2. Then, you'll be redirected to the selected domain's SPF record. Look for the "Tracked includes tree" section. Here, you'll find all of the netblocks and SPF records of your Domain.

  3. Simply expand the accordions to view the rest of the records you wish to see. The records are displayed where it is directly linked to.

There are certain situations where a team member of yours may have configured a Service Provider on your DNS in the past that you were no longer using to send emails. You can find those by looking at your AutoSPF "Tracked includes tree" and disabling those providers directly from your AutoSPF account to reduce the number of your DNS lookups. To learn how to disable a Service Provider from your SPF record, you can check out this article.

Please note that we may change the user interface in the future, however, you may always check on the SPF records page for how you will be able to keep track and visualize your Domain SPF record using the Tracked Includes Tree.
